Orders are packed and shipped from Maryland, usually the next business day. Decants are filled to order. Pre-orders follow the longer dispatch timing shown with the selected item.
Free standard shipping to the contiguous US on orders of $60 or more; $5.99 below $60. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: $9.88 flat rate. We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping only.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened full-sized retail bottles in their original sealed packaging, throughout the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico. Testers, travel sprays, decants and samples are final sale regardless of size. Opened fragrances are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Customer-paid return shipping; original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. No restocking fee, exchanges or in-store returns.
