This website is operated by TryParfums, a store of Jachin & Boaz LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TryParfums. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services on it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms").

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference. They apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

01 · Independence & Brand Affiliation

✱ No Affiliation: TryParfums is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the fragrance brands, designer houses, or manufacturers whose products we sell.

✱ Decants: We purchase genuine retail bottles and transfer the fragrance by hand into our own atomizers. Decants are not produced, packaged, or sold by the original brand and do not include the original bottle, box, or batch code.

✱ Trademarks: All brand names, logos, and trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify the genuine products we sell.

02 · Health, Safety & Cosmetic Use

✱ Reseller Status: We do not formulate, manufacture, or alter any fragrance we sell. The fragrance in our decants is transferred unaltered from the original bottle.

✱ Skin Reactions: Fragrance is for external use only. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, review the manufacturer's ingredient list and do a patch test before full use. Stop use if irritation occurs.

✱ Flammable: Fragrance contains alcohol. Keep away from heat, flame, and children.

03 · Using Our Store

✱ Age: By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

✱ Lawful Use: You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or transmit any harmful code. Breaking these Terms may result in termination of service.

04 · General Conditions & Reselling

✱ Refusal of Service: We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

✱ Quantity Limits: We may limit quantities per person, household, or order at our discretion.

✱ Site Content: You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

05 · Prices, Products & Availability

✱ Prices: Prices may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.

✱ Accuracy: We work to display products, colors, and details accurately. Screens vary, and scent notes are a guide. How a fragrance smells and lasts varies from person to person.

✱ Availability: Some items are limited. We may discontinue any product at any time. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item.

06 · Orders & Billing

✱ Order Acceptance: We may cancel or limit an order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that fail fraud checks. If we do, we will notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout and refund any payment.

✱ Your Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

08 · Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

✱ As Available: We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except as expressly stated by us, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available."

✱ Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryParfums and Jachin & Boaz LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TryParfums, Jachin & Boaz LLC, and their owners, employees, and service providers from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
