01 — Dispatch & Processing

✱ Full Bottles: All full-sized bottles are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation. Priority handling is applied to ensure precision.

✱ Decants: Each decant is extracted and sealed to order in a sterile environment. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch. This ensures olfactory integrity — we never rush the curation process.

✱ Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 12PM EST are prioritized for same-business-day processing. Orders placed after cutoff enter the next-day dispatch queue.

✱ Alaska · Hawaii · Puerto Rico: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is currently unavailable for these regions.

✱ APO / FPO: Standard shipping only. Delivery timelines vary by location and are subject to carrier availability.

✱ Carriers: All US orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. While we guarantee our dispatch times, final delivery is managed by our professional courier partners. We facilitate every step to ensure your acquisition arrives securely.


04 — Shipping Insurance & Protection

✱ Automatically Included With Every Order
Shipping insurance is automatically included to protect against loss, damage, or delivery issues. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

✱ First Steps: If you experience delivery issues, we first recommend contacting your local FedEx, UPS, or USPS office. This frequently resolves delayed or misdelivered packages without a formal claim.

✱ Porch Piracy: If tracking confirms delivery but you suspect theft, we will support your insurance claim. You must provide: video evidence (doorbell/security/CCTV) or a police report. Without one of these we cannot process a claim or refund.

✱ Opt-Out: If you deactivate shipping insurance at checkout, you assume full responsibility once the package leaves our facility. TryParfums will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage. You waive the right to request compensation once the carrier accepts your package.
