✱ Full Bottles: All full-sized bottles are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.

✱ Decants: Each decant is hand-filled and sealed to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for dispatch. We never rush the process.

✱ Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

02 · Shipping Rates & Timelines

• Free Shipping: On orders of $60 or more to the contiguous United States
• Standard Rate: $5.99 flat rate on orders under $60
• Alaska · Hawaii · Puerto Rico: $9.88 flat rate
• Standard Transit Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Fragrance is classified as flammable, so all orders travel by ground. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

03 · Special Regions

✱ Alaska · Hawaii · Puerto Rico: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

✱ APO / FPO: Standard shipping only. Delivery timelines vary by location and are subject to carrier availability.

✱ International: We currently ship within the United States only.

✱ Carriers: All US orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Final delivery is handled by the carrier.

04 · Delivery Issues & Protection

✱ First Steps: If tracking stalls or your package is delayed, contact your local carrier first. For USPS packages, file a Missing Mail Search at usps.com. This often resolves delayed or misdelivered packages without a formal claim.

✱ Porch Piracy: If tracking confirms delivery but you suspect theft, message us through our contact form and we will support your claim. You must provide video evidence (doorbell/security/CCTV) or a police report.

✱ Shipping Protection: If shipping protection is offered at checkout and you decline it, TryParfums is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the carrier accepts your package.
